Do you meant to tell me if a receiver runs a curl and he's wide open and the QB sees him but the receiver was supposed to be running a fly pattern the QB has the ability to throw it to him ? Astonishing 

I thought the QB had to go ahead and launch it 50 yards downfield, "to a spot"
