To answer the question, no. The Titans are the closest NFL team to me here in extreme southern Illinois (about 200 mi to Nashville on I-24). Last year was special for them of course and they played the Chiefs really tough in the AFC championship. In 2018 I saw them get whipped by the Colts in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil (that's a wonderful steam-punky looking place). So this year they're probably going to be 8-8 or 9-7 and it may or may not get them in the playoffs.
The Bengals? Could there be another season like 2011, where they did a quick turnaround and surprised people? Maybe. They will win more games than last year for sure.
