A lot of options to have a valid ID to vote. If you’re taking time to get registered you can take time to get an ID

So a lot of it comes from that areas that are more populated with minorities don't have the easiest access to get ID's.  Their locations tend to get shut down more often and the travel time is longer for them than they non-minority counterparts.

Add in the history of some state (read southern) trying to find ways to close polling locations, limit voting hours and early voting for those who can't get to a closer polling location and you'll see how it all targets the poor and minorities.

Which, in a fair country, wouldn't happen.
