That matters a lot and the media has noticed the discussed this.  It's not as if he's flying under the radar because he's on the bengals.  People are noticing him.

My statement was that if the Bengals are 0-16 or 1-15 that a lot of the voters are going to stop watching this team (as will a lot of fans) and they will simply start thinking some of the stats are garbage time stats, rather they are or aren't.

Wrong or right, in the NFL, they tend to not give awards to guys on failing teams/franchises... look at Ken Anderson and Ken Riley and Willie Anderson for plenty of proof that being on losing teams will exclude you from deserved individual awards.
