Burrow terrible down the field

I have had to watch 2 chargers games with my local broadcast and nfl network. Herbert does look good but he makes a ton of bone headed mistakes that Joe does not. He holds the ball a long time and takes sacks way to much. Struggles to switch to 2nd and 3rd options. The thing that is really helping him is his number 1 target is always open with the receivers he has. If Joe was making these same mistakes he would be getting crucified. I have seen them both and give me Burrow 10 out of 10 times.
