I know many on here like him, but there is no way he's worth that amount.  If he were to be released he'd be lucky to see half of this amount on the open market.  So matter how much some say that like him, why would you pay a guy over twice his worth.  (Fwiw. I honestly think he would struggle to see 5 mil per in free agency in 2021.)


I think you can take his savings and put a very healthy chunk of it towards Hubbard and/or Lawson.

You kinda need to have his replacement lined up, in order to just cut him loose.  I know that he's not recorded a sack this season, but his Tackle production is still good, and I believe he has a couple of PDs this season.  Could the lack of sacks be partly to blame on the injuries at DT?  With "insert player of the week name here" not drawing the same attention as Geno or Daniels, I'd guess that teams can plan for Dunlap a little easier.
