Blaming "the other side does it too" is disingenuous of you.

As an aside though it is typical of the right to blame the left for all of their own failures whether the left is the minority or the majority.  That's why they say the right campaigns better but the left governs better.

He's also responsible for record levels of filibusters when he was minority leader to derail action. 

Here's an example of Schumer vs McConnell though.

Schumer was the one who brokered a DACA deal with Trump in exchange for Trump's border wall. Accepted the $20b the White House wanted on a vanity project. The White House then backed out. 

A week later, McConnell promised to have a whole week devoted to debating and working on immigration legislation, specifically DACA, so long as there was no shut down. There wasn't a shut down. The first thing he did was push for a vote on sanctuary cities and refused to vote on two DACA related measures. 

Eventually the discussions died after the GOP demanded a restriction on legal immigration in addition to the wall, which Democrats were ready to concede in exchange for DACA.
