Now that people have basic insurance made more expensive by Republican obstruction they say get rid of this horrible insurance because it’s basic and not the Cadillac of insurance policies they didn’t want people to get for free.

It’s gone from I don’t want to pay for lazy Welfare queens to get all this great healthcare for free to get rid of it because hard working, poor Americans aren’t getting great healthcare for free.

Of course having half of elected officials in office claiming "government doesn't work" and undermining anything that might doesn't help.  Especially when that group actually has less public support (vote count) than the other half.
