Yeah, but if a player can't 'get it done' any longer, what's the point in keeping them around? Football isn't a sentimental business.
This season, AJ has done next to nothing...even when he's had the chance, and is apparently dealing with yet another injury. I've always been a huge AJ fan and he will always be one of my favorite Bengals, but at this point he's not helping this team and looks like a shell of himself.
With Dunlap, I think it comes down to how he performs the rest of the year. I think as it stands right now, there's a very real possibility that he isn't back next season.
