I am not sure even the most hyper-individualistic person wouldn't want to see how their tax money was being spent. On either side of the aisle, they would want to see how "the other guy" was wasting their money. You'd definitely have to put into the law the exact format for displaying the information as to not allow for any varying interpretations.
