Yeah, trial by a jury of peers is pretty stupid.  Better let the government handle stuff...they haven't failed us yet.

I will say that I'm more in general disappointed that Americans have taken so easily to treating each other as hostile entities. As for this event, just file it under who cares. Even if people were injured or killed it's just more noise.
