BPA does not work the same with all teams.. a good team has more ability to do a BPA.. a bad team does not as much. I never would say picking any players a few picks from projection a reach when you need that position badly . For example Rousseau is projected as top edge rusher and projected in the 6th pick range.. if Bengals feel that good about him, you take him with #3 pick over a BPA at CB or WR....
