This nailed it.  We never would have known what we had here if not for Dre's injury.  They found a real gem, but his durability is a concern.  We certainly need more depth of talent here, and my fear is WJIII wants to go elsewhere.  He (WJIII) is also VERY inconsistent.  He was amazing against Miami and then disappears other games.  

I wish they would give Winston Rose, someone we signed to a two year contract, a chance over LeSean "my guy is open: Sims.
