Absolutely nothing. To bring Zac Taylor back even after last year was a gutless decision. The Front Office made a colossal mistake in hiring Doogie in the first place but no way will they ever admit it. Instead of doing the mature thing and admitting a mistake they are doubling down on failure. This is the 1990s all over again.
