2021 Rule Change Proposal

MLB is considering a change for both the National and American leagues. They want a DH only for the starting pitcher. As soon as he leaves the game, the relief pitchers are inserted in the lineup and you must use pinch hitters the rest of the game. I personally like this rule. Starting pitchers would not have to bat and could stay in the game longer. It would also encourage strategy off the bench in later innings.
