It's Whitworth talking with Willie Anderson, and it's just from this last summer. The first 8 minutes or so describes his entire extension negotiations with the Bengals, and specifically Katie and Troy. I think it provides tremendous insight into how all of this played out, and just how imcompetent those two are.
I highly recommend taking a few minutes to watch it, to hear from the horses mouth what went down over a 2 year period leading up to his departure.
