National Anthem Controversy

It is the considered opinion of the Mods and Administrators of this board that the ongoing controversy over sitting/standing/kneeling during the National Anthem is a political discussion rather than a football discussion. Hence, this discussion has no real purpose in football forums such as "Jungle Noise" or even "Around the NFL" and should be directed to the only appropriate forum on this Board for such discussion: the "Politics & Religion (or P&R) Forum". Unlike many NFL fan boards, we maintain a forum specifically for political topics such as this issue. Please use it.

New threads on the topic produced outside of the P&R Forum will be moved there and posts found outside of P&R addressing the subject will be deleted.
