From the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook:
1) Patriots 5/1
2) Steelers 8/1
3) Eagles 10/1
4) Vikings 10/1
5) Packers 10/1
6) Saints 16/1
7) Falcons 16/1
8) Cowboys 18/1
9) Rams 18/1
10) Seahawks 18/1
11) 49ers 20/1
12) Jaguars 20/1
13) Texans 20/1
14) Panthers 20/1
15) Chargers 30/1
16) Chiefs 30/1
17) Raiders 30/1
18) Lions 40/1
19) Buccaneers 40/1
20) Ravens 40/1
21) Titans 40/1
22) Colts 40/1
23) Cardinals 40/1
24) Broncos 40/1
25) Giants 60/1
26) Redskins 60/1
27) Dolphins 60/1
28) Bears 100/1
29) Jets 100/1
30) Bills 100/1
31) Browns 100/1
32) Bengals 100/1

The article says Vegas has already given up on the state of Ohio. Looks like we really have to
make those big changes in free agency, and perhaps a splash or two in the draft. More importantly,
these Bengals need to start strong, and stay strong; and change people's minds ON THE FIELD!!

49ers 20-1?  Someone is really buying the Garrapolo hype.
