My father told me, from the time I was 9 and started playing baseball, never run your mouth because the majority of the time, the other team will use it against you and it comes back to bite you in the butt!!
Jim Brown also said the same thing about the current hip hop trash talking that the young punks do, and he also said that all the celebration stuff takes the focus off the team and on the individual.
I just don't get it. You got guys that continue to run their mouth and inevitably it's used by the other team to smack them in the mouth, but they keep doing it expecting different results. (NFL Insanity)
As much as I wanted to root for Jacksonville, against the Pats, like I did against Pittsburgh, it was hard and I wasn't upset that they lost because that loss punched Jalen Ramsey right in the mouth!!
