I guess he's just trying to fit into the Ravens culture and starting slow with stealing things like phone charges and eventually plans on progressing into the worse things and following their icons' footsteps with things like murder and beating women.

If that's the case and the draft pick worked out for them in that way, then good. They took a chance on a non criminal and it paid off and they turned him into one. Kudos to them.
He wasn't the safe pick like when you draft a kid full well knowing he's a criminal because there's video of him beating the living shit out of a woman. Those are the easy, can't miss picks.
