I would happily give up late round picks to jump up and get a player they know they want. Rather than beg for a team not to draft a kid 4-5 spots in a row, only to see him go right in front of them.
That is why I have a huge love/hate relationship with the draft. Also Ariz and the Rams always seem to pick the players I want every year. Still my favorite time of year.
