What in the hell were the Browns thinking? They could have had Saquan Barkley and Bradley Chubb, one of the top QBs would likely have fallen to pick 33.
Edit: I mean, history shows that the Browns don't know how to draft a QB, anyway. Why not just wait and take whoever's left?
