So let's go through that list a ways. Go through the top 50 on that list and 3 or maybe 4 of the top 50 (Who actually changed teams, not resigns) made impacts on playoff teams. Many of the top 50 made no real difference for their team. While there are times to swing, the stats still show most the swinging in FA for the big name guys don't work out. Now it's not saying some of the mid to lower level FA's didn't have rolls or even make an impact, but I think some people get caught up on the big name first day guys and the reality is they tend to get over paid by bad teams.

No one is saying to build the team through that but when you have major needs or 3 or 4 spots you need to try and address that through trades or free agency also. The list above is all starters right now for those teams and acquired through trade and free agency. Clearly what the Bengals have been doing isn’t working so switch it up and be more aggressive is all we are asking.
