Why not O-line "specialists"

Same thing that happens now when we check to a run out of a 4 WR set or check to a pass with a 12 personnel group.

Every NFL team ALREADY switches personnel groups for passing situations.  Defenses already bring in different linemen.  My question is why shouldn't offenses do the same thing.
