And the Pats don't make comments designed only to defend their decisions (as far as I can tell, though I don't read the local press).  They just say all the positives about the player they can, wish them well and move on.  Troy Blackburn has not only been part of poor decisions, he has handled the backlash with defensive, classless comments.

I was excited about the prospects of a new generation of the Brown family coming down the road.   But in my mind Mike Brown has much more class than Troy Blackburn.
