As far as addressing defense, I like Joe Bachie in the 4th. Though my philosophy is that you can win championships with a subpar defense if you have an outstanding OLine. Either we go toe to toe and have a shoot out or we play TOP and shorten the game with ball control and rushing, putting our defense out only after we score.
The OLine makes everyone on the team better. The QB looks good when he isn't being hit or pressured, the RBs look good when they have huge holes to run through, WRs look good as they can run their routes or improvise when needed and the defense isn't on the field as much, so they aren't as worn down as the game goes along.
