Everyone in the world (besides apparently someone in the Bears FO) saw this as a questionable pick as best from the get-go, no hindsight needed. 

So in this instance it was really easy to predict success (or lack thereof) for this first round QB.

Those grades were based on the extra cost to get him and the talent level

But, yes many said immediately bad pick.

I was at the stadium when we picked Ross. The word was were picking Ross, I remember our table was like please no one besides Ross. Time comes and they announce Ross to chorus of boos from the crowd. I hated the pick, but once it was done I had to hope and pray I was wrong. Sadly, looks like may people were right in that crowd, but not over yet.  Nervous Nervous
