Who ends up the "3rd WR" at the end of the season ?

I'm not the guy's biggest fan, but he's better than anyone else that would at the bottom of the roster and/or WR group.

I suspect the cut will be after the season. And these Bengals may not be as shy about dead money as they used to be. Ross has speed but as far as actually playing the WR position he is awful. He finally figured out how to run crossing patterns at the back of the end zone but is rubbish at the rest.
