Graham says some one should be subject to criminal charges for improperly obtaining a warrant.
I doubt police across the country will support this position. For example the "no knock" warrant obtained for Brianna Taylor's apartment was based on outdated information. Wonder if Graham will say that police officer should be criminally charged?
Penalty for an improper warrant is suppression of the evidence obtained under that warrant.
