Monday-Chest, Tris, Neck
Tuesday- Back, Bis, Neck
Wednesday- Legs, Abs, Neck
Thursday- Shoulders, Neck
Friday- Yoga, Neck
Saturday- Cardio, Plyo, Neck
Sunday- REST...........light Neck.
