I am 99% sure that you're remembering Michael Johnson. He hadn't bulked up yet because Marvin dicked around with him for the first 3 years of his career by flip-flopping on making him a OLB or a DE. 2012 was the first year he prepared during the offseason to be a DE, and actually played the regular season as a DE, but he was still on the leaner side.

He had 3 sacks and 7 QB hits against RG3 that game. It was brutal, and got him AFC DPoW.
