looks like they are using this first approved workout time period (allowed until May 14th) for a single day rookie minicamp. That is one way to avoid the will they or will they not report problem

#Bengals offseason workout schedule:

- Rookie Minicamp: May 14

- OTAs: May 25-27, June 1-3, June 7-10

- Mandatory Minicamp: June 15-17
