Steelers inactives for Bengals game: QB Dwayne Haskins, CB Joe Haden, LB Buddy Johnson, TE Kevin Rader and DT Isaiah Buggs. Daniel Archibong, who played in his first NFL game last week, dresses over Buggs, who was not on the injury report this week.
