I’m not 100% sure, but I assume one of two things: 1-He is somehow shielded by a company of his namesake and the company will be depleted and probably close and reopen sometime under another name or 2-he will appeal the award for a reasonable amount. Juries have historically granted damages exceeding the ability to pay. Judges have the ability to amend if I’m not mistaken. Yet then again, I’m not 100% on my assumptions.
