Everyone and their mothers know Mixon likely won't be back in 2024, at least not at the pay he's currently getting. He will have to take a significant reduction to remain a Bengal. I don't know what's so hard for you to understand.
Not sure about that for this year, seems like another Media based rumor. First things first though, KC would have to release him, until there's rumors about that happening, then we can entertain rumors about CEH coming here.
