I would have bet all my dollars that either (or both) Locked on Bengals or Hear That Podcast Growling talked about it a couple times around free agency period. I also wasn't able to find anything via Google though and I'm not going to go back to listen to all of their podcasts so I could certainly be wrong. I have a distinct memory of this being discussed but understand memories aren't always reliable.
