My take.
Couldn't hack it had to pack it.
After years in a party that brings a diverse view point to many topics, this guy is ready to give that up and step into the echo chamber.
And I agree the whole uniter thing. Biden expresses optimism all the time. The leader of the GOP talks trash about the USA on a daily basis.
