How can we fix the team to compete in AFC north?

1) We need a running game!!! its controls the clock, puts us in manageable 3rd down spots and keeps opposing defenses honest.
- sign Devin Singletary(Hou) he would from a nice combo with Chase Brown and he is a good pass protector.

2) Get an inside DT pass rusher like what Geno Atkins was.
-Sign Justin Jones (Bears) is only 27. has 6 sacks and 16 QB hits. he will be a nice combo with Trey.

3) Draft a solid NT, we should be able to draft a big run stopper in the draft.

4) We need to add TE more to our offense! it will open up Jamarr so much more, and it opens up the middle for JoeyB!
- sign Hunter Henry(NE) he is a solid TE, and TE is fairly cheap on the FA market to fill.

5) Draft solid!
--invest in secondary and offensive line early in the draft!! find a RT and CB/S in first 3 rds

#1 running game I believe is less about RBs and more about Oline and coaching, I change Pollack, i don;t have faith in Brown yet being anything much more than a 3rd down back, I love to go for pure power in D. Henry maybe on a 1/2 year contract, his price has went down for sure.

#4- 3 years in a row of one year rentals at TE, I prefer draft and actually give Hudson a shot, he showed more downfield than anyone last 2 years.

#5- We have alot of young investment in secondary, they have to improve though and I resign Hilton. We have invested in Oline in draft, just our picks are not turning out well, need to draft better
