Brexit seens as a failure by most

I'd be interested in some actual meat on the bone here, not people's perception. Inflation has been horrendous here in the US, it's certainly not due to Brexit. A few interesting things to ask here. Is inflation in the UK, on par, better or worse than in the EU? The same with trade numbers. I get this poll is about public perception, but it would be nice if the journalist did a little digging and provided a fact based perspective.
