Yes, but Robbins wasn't impressive with his hangtime either as it was only going about 35-38 yards most of the time.

We can do better than Brad Robbins.

Hardly any Punt Returns is the only thing I can say for Robbins and he has some hang time, but like I said, it is about 10 yards short
of what an NFL Punter should be Punting when freed up and not kicking against the End Zone.
