The NFL is a HC and QB driven league. One of the two must be "elite" in order for success of the highest level can be achieved.
Basically, I'm saying that if Brady and Belicheat had taken over, after the '11 season, the Bengals might have won 3 straight SB. The roster is that good. It's leadership, both on the sidelines and in the huddle that is holding this team back.
