Not much of a Big Deal.. when 9-7 is a successful season that some years can get you in the playoffs.. Even a good year at 10-6 isn't a huge differential. And there were some very bad years that bog that down.
Overall hes the most successful and Consitant HC we have had. and more so than many teams around the league have. AS you don't see a lot of teams going to the playoffs 5 straight years.
