Most NFL teams don't rebuild, they progress. If a rebuild is needed, you change the foundation in which your building upon. As long as Marvin is at the helm, we are not rebuilding. We are patching and making excuses and creating fall guys! The entire coaching unit needs fired. When we do this? We will start to rebuild. Yet, until this happens?
