That being said, I believe in ghosts. I know too many people personally that have had experiences with the paranormal for me to discredit it. And when I say experiences, I mean irrefutable experiences where there is no other explanation.
In my opinion, ghosts are spiritual beings trapped between this world and the after life. They aren't at peace with themselves and are having trouble with moving on from the real physical world to the after life.
My only problem with that is you'd think that there would be so many more instances of ghost sitings/experiences.
