This thread has ZERO merit. I was wanting Elliott to win the competition, as I thought his ball flight was higher and he had more upside. That said, Bullock clearly won the kicking contest. So this thread has zero merit. You (You, being in general, not specific to anyone) either want competition for spots and for the guy who wins the competition to play, or you don't. And if you don't, then you cannot whine about Marvin playing the vets instead of the rookies and all that crap. You can't have it both ways.....well, you can, but you're just laying your hypocrisy open for he world to see. And you can't wait until you see how something turns out, and then act like you wanted to do it the other way, because you just sound like the "know it all" in the bar who is always the loudest and reveals he actually knows the least about the game.
