The simple truth is, it's a little of both in a lot of cases.....blowout SB wins notwithstanding.  I mean, the 9ers got real lucky against us in SB XXIII.  We dropped a sure INT, lost Krumrie, Boomer's shoulder was shot, then the final drive.  You have to have a little of both.
