Well.....he has a pretty good track record in Dallas.....but I think it has more to do with finally canning that boat anchor of a predecessor of his than anything.  A paperweight has to be better than what we had.  I mean, our interim OC made changes to the scheme and personnel and we fared much better than we did using the schemes and personnel of our former 25 year tenured "guru"/ Whatever
