See, John Ross is a West Coast, California guy, and he's got the ego to match it.  He's not going to give it up for some small market, Midwest Team.  C'mon now.  He likely thinks that if he just "flashes" enough, some high profile, major market team will overpay for his talents.  (I have no factual information to back up that opinion, just a hunch)
