Great point. I didn’t consider it was TE and AJ’s contract years. Taking a WR therefore does make some good sense. Although, using early picks to improve the OL may give the WR’s another second to get open...

Well, we should have plenty of money to extend both AJ and Boyd. No sense in wasting a first rounder on a WR.
