You don't think completely turning over almost the entire coaching staff and buying into a brand new coaching philosophy is a different approach? They've made some pretty major changes due to those 3 straight losing seasons, and to say they haven't just because they have yet to sign someone in 2 days of free agency seems kind of silly.
